If you’re not feeling any feedback from your bHaptics device, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take to potentially resolve the issue.
Check device connection
Ensure that your bHaptics device is properly connected to your Meta Quest headset, Windows PC or Mobile. Check the Bluetooth settings or an audio cable is correctly connected to your device.
Adjust feedback intensity
Check the feedback intensity setting in bHaptics Player > Device and ensure the intensity is set to a level that should be percetible. Increase the intensity if it’s too low.
Check the compatibility
Confirm that your bHaptics device is compatible with the content you’ve using. Some applications may not provide native support for your device or they may require specific settings to enable it.
You can check the full list of the compatible content at https://www.bhaptics.com/games/.
Safety Feature During Charging
Please note that, for safety reasons, the motors will stop or cannot be activated while the device is charging. If your device is connected to a charger, disconnect it and try again.
