Ping Test and Feedback Intensity

You can adjust feedback intensity through the bHaptics Player.

Verify Connection with Ping

1. Go to “Device” tab on the menu.
2. Check the paired devices list and click the “Ping” button.
3. Short, simple feedback will be delivered in the selected device.
4. If you don’t feel any feedback, try re-pairing the device for troubleshooting.

Adjust Feedback Intensity

Additionally, you can check and change the feedback intensity of the paired devices as per your preference.

1. Select the “More” button to review and configure the product information.
2. You can adjust the vibration intensity by selecting the “Feedback Intensity” menu.
3. Swipe left or right to adjust the desired vibration intensity.
