Pairing to Mobile

You can easily check device information at any time by connecting your device to the bHaptics mobile app.

Use the bHaptics Player mobile app and your smartphone's Bluetooth to connect. To pair your device, please follow these steps:

1. Open the app and select the Device Menu to begin connecting your device(s).
2. Turn on your bHaptics device(s).
   *The LED on each device should blink blue, indicating it is in scanning and pairing mode.
3. When a new device is detected on your screen, tap the Pair button. Once paired, it will appear in the "Connected" menu.
4. Tap the Vibration button to confirm the device is properly connected and haptics are functioning.

Unpairing from Mobile

If you wish to stop using your device with a specific mobile phone or tablet, you can unpair it through the following steps:

1. In the Device Menu, select More to review the product information and configuration.
2. Tap the Unpair button to end the current connection.
3. Managing Saved Devices:
   • If the device is turned off while still paired, it will move to the Paired Menu.
   • To completely remove the device from the app's memory, go to the Paired Menu and tap the Unpair button next to the product name.
