To use bHaptics devices with Meta Quest, you must pair the Tactosy for Arms to your headset via Bluetooth. Once setup, the device will automatically connect in the future.
Pairing to Meta Quest Headset
Follow these steps to pair your Tactosy for Arms:
- Open Quick Settings in your Meta Quest headset.
- Navigate to Bluetooth > Bluetooth Pairing > Pair New Device.
- Select Tactosy for Arms from the list of available devices
- After pairing, install the bHaptics Player app from the Meta Quest Store.
- Open the bHaptics Player on your headset and check the connection status.Important: When running the app for the first time, make sure to allow all permissions to ensure proper connection.
- Use the Ping or Test Feedback Points function in the app to confirm the connection.
Unpairing
If you need to remove the device from your headset:
- Go to Quick Settings > Settings > Bluetooth.
- Find Tactosy for Arms under your paired devices.
- Select the device and choose Forget.
