Pair/Unpair Tactosy for Arms to Windows PC

First-Time Pairing

If you’re pairing the Tactosy for Arms with your Windows PC for the first time, please follow this setup guide:

  1. Visit the official bHaptics website at www.bhaptics.com/download and download the bHaptics Player for PC.
  2. Once the download is complete, open the bHaptics Player and insert the provided Bluetooth dongle into your PC.
  3. Power on your Tactosy for Arms, then click the "Pair" button to connect the scanned device.
  4. Assigning Sides: For the first use, you must assign each Tactosy to either your left or right arm. Right-click on the connected device in the Player, then select "Swap to Left" or "Swap to Right." The device will remember this position for future use.

Once paired, your device will automatically connect the next time you use it. You can manage your connection via the Quick Control menu in the bHaptics Player.

  1. Open bHaptics Player and turn on your device.
  2. Right-click the scanned device icon and click the "Pair" button. (Or use "Pair All" to connect multiple devices at once).
  3. Verify the connection by performing a Feedback Test within the app to trigger haptic patterns.

Unpairing from Windows PC

If you no longer wish to use Tactosy for Arms with a specific PC, you can unpair it easily:
