We offer express shipping via UPS or DHL only to ensure safe and timely delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

The timing for shipping your order depends on the product’s stock availability:

• In-stock orders are usually shipped out within 1 business day.
• If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped out within a week from an estimated restock date stated in the product description on the official shop.

You will receive an email with the estimated shipping date once we confirm and start preparing your order.

Delivery Time

• United States (UPS Ground): Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping, as they are shipped from our local U.S. warehouse.
• South Korea (Domestic Shipping): Orders within Korea are shipped via local couriers and usually arrive within 2–3 business days.
• Other Countries (UPS Express or DHL Express): International shipments from South Korea typically arrive within 3–5 business days from the shipping date.

Please note that unexpected delays can occur due to the shipping courier or customs clearance. The courier or local customs office may contact you to assist with the process. Responding promptly will help ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
