If you’re seeing the error message “Address Line must be in English” during checkout, this means that our system only accepts characters from the English alphabet. Addresses with accents (e.g., é, ü) or special characters (e.g., ß) cannot be processed.


Here’s how to resolve this issue:

  • Replace accented characters (e.g., é) with their non-accented versions (e.g., e).
  • For special characters like ß, replace them with their equivalent (e.g., straße becomes strasse).


By making these adjustments, your address should be accepted, and you can proceed with your order.
