The process for canceling your order depends on whether the package has been shipped.
If your order has not been shipped
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact bHaptics Support Team with your Order ID to request cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped out. You may request a return after receiving your order. Please note that shipping fees for both the original delivery and return are non-refundable. For details on returning your bHaptics device, please refer to our Return Process and Policy.
For game key purchase
Once a game key is generated and made available to you at the end of the check-out process, you are no longer able to withdraw from the purchase of the game key or obtain a refund.
