Partially Delivered Packages

Sometimes, orders are split into multiple packages, and the remaining package may still be on its way. Check the tracking status to see if there is a second package scheduled for delivery. It usually arrives the same day or within one business day.


If it hasn’t arrived by then, please contact our support team with your Order ID and tracking number so we can assist you further.


Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, first verify the shipping address by checking your confirmation email. Then, inspect the delivery location, as the package may have been placed in a secure spot or left with a neighbor.


Additionally, check the final delivery status on the tracking page. While the package is usually delivered to the address you provided, there are cases where the carrier leaves it at a local depot or service center due to delivery issues. In such cases, you may need to arrange redelivery or pick up the package directly.


Sometimes, the carrier may mark a package as “delivered” on the day they intend to complete the delivery. This means the online tracking status may not be accurate, and your shipment may still be on its way to you. In this case, we recommend waiting one additional working day to see if the package arrives.
