Create and Share Audio-to-Haptics Profiles via bHaptics Studio

bHaptics Studio is a web-based platform that allows you to design your own Audio-to-Haptics profiles. By configuring audio frequency settings and mapping feedback points, you can create customized haptic patterns that respond to sound. Once created, your profile can be used to enhance your personal haptic experience or shared with other users through the bHaptics Player.

Creating Your Own Audio-to-Haptics Profile

  1. Open bHaptics Player, log in, and enable the Audio-to-Haptics feature.

  2. Visit bHaptics Studio.

  3. Click “Create New Theme”, then select your device type and enter a profile title.

  4. Adjust audio frequency settings to determine which audio ranges will trigger haptic feedback.

  5. Select the feedback points that should respond to the sound input.

  6. Your profile is automatically saved to your Audio-to-Haptics library.

Upload and Share Your Profile

You can share your custom Audio-to-Haptics profile with the community through the bHaptics Player.

  1. Open bHaptics Player and go to Audio-to-Haptics > Explore.

  2. Click the “Upload” button; this opens an upload window on the bHaptics Studio website.

  3. Enter the title, choose the type and genre, and add tags, descriptions, and recommended content.

  4. Click “UPLOAD.”

    • Tags must be lowercase, and at least two tags are required.

  5. Check your uploaded profile in the Explore section of the bHaptics Player.
