The bHaptics Player App provides an in-app quick start guide to help you set up. To begin, log in with your bHaptics account. Once logged in, follow the on-screen instructions to connect your bHaptics device first, then connect your Wi-Fi.

Bluetooth Device Pairing Setup
bHaptics devices connect to your mobile device via Bluetooth. The first step is to pair your bHaptics device with your mobile device.
To set up Bluetooth pairing:
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Turn on your bHaptics device(s).
The LED on each device should blink blue, indicating scanning and pairing mode.
In the app, navigate to Connected Devices. When your device is detected, tap Pair.
- If the bHaptics device is not found, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
Wi-Fi Network Connection Setup
bHaptics devices connect to the PS5 console through the Hub app and your network. For this to work, both your PS5 console and smartphone must be connected to the same router network.
To set up the network connection:
- Ensure that both your PS5 console and smartphone are connected to the same router (wired or wireless).
On your smartphone, check the network name in Wi-Fi settings.
- On your PS5 console, go to Settings > Network > View Connection Status to confirm the connection.
The network used by the mobile device and the PS5 must be identical for the connection to work.

If the connection fails:
Open Settings in the app and review your Wi-Fi details.
Confirm that both your smartphone (running the bHaptics Player app) and the PS5 console are on the same router network. This applies whether the PS5 is connected by cable (wired) or by Wi-Fi (wireless).
Connecting bHaptics Devices to PS VR2 Games
Once your bHaptics device and Wi-Fi are connected, you can link your device to officially supported PS VR2 games. To connect to PS VR2 games, follow these steps:
- Ensure both your bHaptics device and Wi-Fi are connected.
- When the Start button becomes active, tap it.
* If it remains inactive, check your Wi-Fi connection with the bHaptics device. - Press the yellow Start button. It will turn blue and begin attempting to connect for up to 3 minutes.
- Launch your desired officially supported bHaptics PS VR2 game.
- Keep the app screen active and prevent your mobile screen from turning off.
- When the button turns green and you feel vibrations, the connection is complete.
⚠️ For iOS users, if the app closes or the screen turns off, the connection to supported games will be interrupted.
