The serial number is important for support, warranty claims, or troubleshooting. You can find it in the bHaptics Player app, and for newer models, it’s also printed on the packaging.
Through the bHaptics Player (All Devices)
If you need to locate the serial number of your bHaptics device, you can do so easily through the bHaptics Player app on mobile or Windows PC, or the bHaptics Hub app on mobile.
- Open the bHaptics Player app (on mobile or Windows PC) or the bHaptics Hub app on your mobile device.
- Connect and pair your bHaptics device to the app.
- Once paired, go to the Device tab, and you’ll see the serial number displayed below the name of your connected device.
On the Box Packaging (Newer Models Only)
For newer bHaptics models, the serial number is also printed on the packaging.
- Look at the bottom side of the box, near the barcode.
- Find the sticker labeled S/N, this is your device’s serial number.
