You can also play unsupported Steam VR titles with bHaptics devices by using the Audio-to-Haptic feature of the bHaptics Player for Windows PC.
Pair Device to your Windows PC
The first step to enjoy Steam VR titles with Audio-to-Haptic is pairing your device to your Windows PC.
- Open bHaptics Player and turn on your device.
- Right-click the scanned device icon in the Quick Control Panel and click “Pair”.
Turn on Audio-to-Haptic
After pairing your device, you should turn on the Audio-to-Haptic feature in the Quick Control Panel.
- Click the Audio-to-Haptic button in the Quick Control Panel.
- When an audio signal is detected, an animated sound bar and a volumeter will appear on the device icon.
Select a Profile
Choosing the profile that fits best fits your content is a key to the best Audio-to-Haptic experience.
Select in Quick Control Panel
You can easily access your profile library in the Quick Control Panel.
- Click the profile section in the Quick Control Panel.
- Browse the full list of your profiles, and select the one that best matches the characteristics of your content.
Select in My Audio-to-Haptic
In the My Audio-to-Haptic tab, you can check and select a profile while viewing the audio frequency settings of each profile.
- Go to Audio-to-Haptic > My Audio-to-Haptic and browse the full list of your profile collection.
- Click the profile you wish to apply.
- You can also apply profiles that are not in your library but were used recently by checking the RECENTLY PLAYED tab.
