If your SteamVR title doesn’t provide native support, you can still enjoy it with your TactSuit Pro by using our Audio-to-Haptics feature. On a Windows PC and Meta Quest, Audio-to-Haptics can be used in wireless mode.
Set Up Wireless Audio-to-Haptics on Windows PC
The first step to enjoy PC contet with Audio-to-Haptics is pairing your device with your Windows PC and enabling Audio-to-Haptics in bHaptics Player.
Open bHaptics Player and turn on your TactSuit Pro.
In the Device panel, click the Connect button once the device is detected.
Click the Audio-to-Haptics button (music icon) in the top-left bar to enable it.
When the Audio-to-Haptics mode is activated, the music icon will change the color and display the selected profile name.
Click the Audio-to-Haptics tab from the top menu.
Browse the list of profiles and select the one that best matches your content.
Set Up Wireless Audio-to-Haptics on Meta Quest
To use Wireless Audio-to-Haptics on Meta Quest:
- Turn on your bHaptics device and connect it to the bHaptics Player for Meta Quest.
- Click the AtH tab from the bottom menu
- Follow the on-screen instructions and select a profile (ex. Rhythm, Action, etc.)
- Click the Save & Close button. The app will close, and you'll be prompted to the lobby with on-screen instructions.
- Press the
Meta button on your right controller to open the Navigator. - Tap the Notifications icon and select bHaptics Audio Capture.
- Select Entire View, then click Select.
- Open a game or app and enjoy immersive audio-based haptic experience.
