You can establish Bluetooth connection between TactVisor and your Windows PC via bHaptics Player for Windows PC. After setting up your TactVisor with your Windows PC, it will automatically connect the next time you use it.
First-Time Pairing
If you’re pairing the TactVisor with your Windows PC for the first time, please follow an on-screen guide for initial setup.
- Visit the official bHaptics website at https://www.bhaptics.com/software/pcplayer/ and download the bHaptics Player for PC.
- Once the download is complete, open bHaptics Player and insert a Bluetooth dongle into your PC.
- Power on your TactVisor, and then click the Connect button to pair the detected device.
Routine Pairing
You can easily connect your device from the Device panel in bHaptics Player. Once you’ve paired your device, it will automatically connect the next time you use it unless you unpair it.
To pair the device, please follow these steps:
- Open bHaptics Player and turn on your device.
- Once your device appears in the Device panel, click the Connect button
- Verify the device connection status by trying a feedback test.
Unpairing device from Windows PC
If you no longer wish to use TactVisor with the paired PC, you can unpair it.
To unpair the device, please follow these steps:
1. Click the More (⋯) button at the top right of the device icon, then click Unpair.
2. Upon unpairing, the device will automatically enter pairing mode.
