How to Charge Tactosy for Arms

When the battery level drops below 20%, the LED indicator will blink red. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend charging your Tactosy for Arms before using it.

Charging

1. Insert the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable into the charging port located on the bottom of the Main Controller.
   
   

2. Plug the other end into a power source. Please note that the Tactosy for Arms does not come with a charger, so you will need to use one of the following:

   • An AC adapter that meets your region’s safety standards (UL-certified in the U.S., CE-certified in Europe).

   •  A USB port on your PC or laptop. 

3. When fully charged, the LED indicator will turn solid green (for devices with firmware v3.00 or higher).

   • For devices with earlier firmware versions, the LED will turn off when fully charged.

4. Using a 5V 2A charger, a full charge typically takes about 1.5 hours.
