You can easily check device information at any time by connecting your device to the bHaptics mobile app.
Pairing to mobile
You can pair TactS;eeve to your mobile using the bHaptics mobile app and Bluetooth. To pair your device, please follow these steps:
- Select the "Device" menu to connect your device(s).
- Turn on your bHaptics device(s).
*The LED on each device should blink blue to indicate that it is in scanning and pairing mode. - When a new device is detected, tap the "Pair" button to connect.
- Tap the "Vibration" icon to check if the device is properly connected and if the haptics are functioning correctly.
Unpairing
If you no longer wish to use TactSleeve with the paired Mobile, you can unpair it.
- When the device is powered on and connected to your mobile:
- Select the "More" button to review and configure the product information.
- Tap the "Unpair" button to end the connection.
- When the devices was previously connected to your mobile but is powered off:
When the connected bHaptics device is turned off, it will appear in the "Paired" menu.- Navigate to the "Paired " tab
- Tap the "Unpair" button on the product to disconnect the connection
