Pair or Unpair TactSuit X40 with Meta Quest

To use your TactSuit X40 with Meta Quest, you need to pair it via Bluetooth. Once paired, the device will automatically reconnect the next time you use it.

Pairing to Meta Quest headset

To pair TactSuit X40 to your Quest, please follow these steps:

1. On your Meta Quest headset, go to Quick Settings.

   
   

2. Navigate to Bluetooth > Bluetooth Pairing > Pair > Pair New Device.
   
   

3. Select your TactSuit X40 from the list of available devices.
   
   

4. After pairing, install the bHaptics Player app from the Meta Quest Store.
   
   

5. Open the bHaptics Player on your headset and check the connection status.

   Important: When running the app for the first time, make sure to allow all permissions to ensure proper connection.

6. Use the Ping or Test Feedback Points function in the app to confirm the connection.
   
   
   

Unpairing

If you no longer wish to use TactSuit X40 with the paired Meta Quest, you can unpair it from the paired Meta Quest.

1. 1. On your Meta Quest headset, go to Quick Settings.

2. 2. Navigate to Bluetooth > Bluetooth Pairing > Pair.

3. 3. Under Previously Connected Devices, select your TactSuit X40.

4. 4. Choose FORGET to unpair the device.
