How to Clean and Store the TactGlove DK2

To maintain optimal performance, follow these instructions when cleaning or storing your TactGlove DK2.

Cleaning

• TactGlove DK2 is an electronic device and must never be washed. If it becomes dirty, gently wipe it with a soft cloth or tissue.
• The inner linings (inner gloves) can be machine washed using a neutral detergent.
• We recommend replacing the inner gloves periodically to maintain the product in hygienic conditions.
• Prevent liquid, small particles, or other foreign objects from entering the device. If this happens, stop using the device, power it off, disconnect it from the power source, and contact the bHaptics Support Team.

Storing

• When storing, place the TactGlove DK2 on a clean, flat surface to prevent deformation, or keep it neatly in its box.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (recommended storage temperature: 32–75 °F / 0–24 °C, humidity: 5–30%).
• Keep out of reach of children and pets to prevent damage or injury.
• f you plan to store the device for more than six months, fully charge the battery before storage. It is also highly recommended to fully charge the battery at least once every six months to prevent permanent battery damage.
